Little about where I paint. I work from my home studio in heart of Dalston, London. There are no pretty views of the countryside still looking out at my neighbours garden brings inner calmness to a busy day and my appreciation of the people around me, as part of my inspiration. I’m grateful to have a space where I can get lost in my work. I don’t have a strict time schedule, as I’m busy living. I work at night when everyone is at sleep. You will usually find me with a mug of black coffee, thinking and painting listening to something on YouTube trying to avoiding stepping on my cat Zen who follows me everywhere. My studio is pretty messy, and trusts me I’m trying to keep it that way just because I don’t have much time for such things as organisation. My studio is equally small, but to be fair that space is all I need, because art is created in the mind everything else is just work.
